Bleeding again

I woke up this morning to a toilet paper (after a pee) of blood.  I am still slightly spotting and it is more red blood then last time.  No cramping, no nothing, just blood.  The only things I can attribute it to are that we made love yesterday morning (though there was nothing out of the ordinary in that) but I have never bleed from that all pregnancy and I had a very difficult BM followed by diarrhea after breakfast.  I had a tiny bit of pink after that but then didn't see anything else all day.  Could it just be a slow leaking vien on my cervix that pooled blood up there till there was enough to come down?  I am pretty sure when I peed in the middle of the night there was blood there too but it was dark and seeing dark on the TP I thought was just my eyes unable to adjust to the light.  So I cried this morning and we prayed, it has slowed to a near nothing now.  Do I need to call the Dr?  I see her on Wed for a BP check, can I just mention it then?  I am so tired of this.  I just get comfortable in my pregnancy and then I bleed.

any time you feel unsure about going to the doc it will just stress you out and that isn't good for you or baby.

go get looked at if it might make you feel better. I would if I were uneasy.

When I had this I was put on FULL pelvic rest...I'm surprised they haven't done the same with you.  I wouldn't chance it anymore.  We were told NO SEX until I had a full 7 days without spotting or blood.  When you have an ****** your uterus contracts and your cervix kinda contracts too - along with it being ultra sensitive - if you have ANYTHING going on up there is could cause some spotting or bleeding.  Call your doc and take it super easy!  Keep this baby cooking for another 27 weeks!

Please update us when you can...as Sandy said most Dr's recommend no sex if you have spotted...So I would say your safest thing is pelvic rest, and trying to stay calm / relaxed..of course I would also call the Dr to let them know.  I am hopeful for you since you are only having a little bleeding and no pain.  You know- I was watching that "I didn't know I was pregnant" show the other day, and almost all of those woman had bleeding, enough they thought it was their cycle.  Hugs!

Thank you all for your replies.  I spoke to the nurse who is checking with the Dr to make sure there is nothing to be concerned about.  I may have to go have yet another ultra sound.  Oh darn.  I am sure she is fine in there, as I have had nothing but a bit of back cramping.  I wasn't going to call but I pushed this morning because it felt like I had to go and out came red vaginal blood again (no BM).  I had a BM last night and no blood except anally but that was an exceptionally large one (TMI).  I am almost sure this is a cervical issue.  I will keep you guys posted and thank you for the prayers.  We can always use them!

My Doc is out, on call doc said nothing to worry about.  Take it easy and lay low.  I was a bit crampy while sitting at work (I think it was the pants I was wearing and the fact I think I need to go to the bathroom but I am afraid to push) so I went home.  Still getting a faint orange tinge on the paper when I wipe.  Nurse said to take colace to make things go a bit easier, but it doesn't take much of a push to get me to bleed.  I feel so guilty for going home but I don't want to take any chances.
